Introduction of Amory Salzmann

In his teenage years, Amory snapped everything with his APS camera and even managed to take photos that are still very popular today. Then, black-and-white photography cast a spell over him when he was a student. As soon as his pocket money would permit, he bought a second-hand single-lens reflex camera (Canon EOS) and was finally able to get started.

Since that moment, the camera became an integral part of Amory's life. For him, taking photos means capturing a moment of reality by pressing the button at the right time. He is interested in various fields of photography such event photography, people, everyday life and curiosities, but his greatest passion is architecture. Not only architectural masterpieces offer him impressive motifs but also buildings that lost their appeal due to simple fact that they are "there" every day.

With his keen eye for precious details, Amory knows how to capture the beauty of the building by taking the photographs from the angle.

Amory lives in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz and works there as a pressphotographer for the "Mittelbayerische Zeitung" (newspaper).
